[2] has question marks next to William presumably indicating that it is questionable whether he belongs in this family. However, he indicates that in 1832 John and Priscilla Basford of Livermore sold to Moses Basford of Livermore their home and land for a sum of money, and also for Moses to provide care for John and Priscilla and “his brother WIlliam.”

Livermore vital statistics gives his father’s name as Reuben which is apparently an error. [2]
